||If you are given the IP address can u tell how many computers can be connected?What do you look at?
Normally in IP address in fourth tab usually they will give the serial number of the using computer. In that case we can say how many computers are there. If not its impossiable to say.

Hub :Layer 1 device,less speed,one collision domain and one broadcast domain,act as amplifier,bandwidth sharing .
switch:layer 2 device ,more speed,
more collision domain and one broadcast domain,intelligent device,bandwidth not shared.

Hub: It broadcast each and every packet it is getting to each of the connections, so it can be viewed as a single shared medium.

Switch: It does not broadcast the packet, it works internally like a bridge which bridges between the connections which it views each as a separate LAN, and tries to bridge to the destination LAN only.

If you can given a IP address. We can only assig it to only one computer. No two computers cannot be assigned with one IP address. Since it unique.

It depends upon the IP Address.If the given IP is exposed to internet or NAT Id then it depends upon the type of mapping done.

f the qqustion about the the subnet mask, for eg:ip 192.168.2.1 and sunet mask is 255.255.255.252, then we could say that only 2 ip can be used and the second ip wil be 192.168.2.2.
